So what is the whole Homes 4 Athletes thing about?  Who are you?

No international conglomerate here, folks.  Home 4 Athletes is just one hard working person: Warren Selko, Estate Agent with Prudential California Realty. Passionate about real estate and an active lifestyle, Warren “specializes” in representing athletes.

The reality is everyone knows a real estate agent. Friend, family member, casual acquaintance, a smiling face beckoning to you from a bus bench advertisement -- there's no shortage of folks out there who have their license. But finding an agent one can trust & relate to can be tricky. Ask yourself: would this person/agent understand my obsessive-compulsive tendencies? My crazy training and racing schedule?  Warren “gets” the lifestyle because he lives it.

An endurance athlete for the last 7 years, Warren is very involved with the LATriClub & races triathlons regularly. In fact, should you want to discuss real estate while training, feel free to show up any Saturday morning at Warren’s Saturday Westside Ride (email him for details).  Unless he’s doing hill-repeats, Warren will be glad to discuss the current market with you!

Okay.  I get it.  You specialize in representing athletes.  Does that mean you only represent athletes? 

Um …let's think about that for a second…  No!  Should you have a referral or aren’t an athlete yourself, Warren is still happy to work with you, of course.

What areas do you cover?

Warren works out of the Encino office of Prudential California Realty; however, he represents clients in both the Valley and City/Westside.  So whether your buying or selling, Warren has got you covered with knowledge of the local market on either side of the hill.

I’d like to search the MLS (Multiple Listing Service); can you help me get search privileges?

Yes!  Warren is happy to give you an account and assist you with searching the local MLS in your desired area.  Just call or shoot him an email to get set up.

What are your thoughts on current market conditions?  Is it a good time or bad time to buy or sell?
