I am writing to thank you. The typical, "thanks for finding me my first home" doesn't quite sound good enough when <prepare yourself!> it was so much fun going through the process with you. This was my first time in escrow and everything was so confusing but you really took your time to explain what was going on and continually kept me in the know. The entire escrow process was smooth and manageable simply because you were my agent. What stands out most in my mind, however, was our weekend condo-looking adventures. They were actually so enjoyable that I still laugh at some of our experiences.

Both my mortgage broker and the realtor representing the seller, time and time again, complimented you by saying you were one of the best agents they had ever worked with by being so on top of things...but my fondest memory is that call I got from you one Tuesday morning in August after scouting out places for me saying, "Jen...you HAVE to see this condo".

You knew, based on our talks, exactly what I was looking for.
You were right. You found me my home.

Dear Warren:

Today, as I was processing my mortgage payment on my Condo, I thought that I should reach out to you to say “Thank You” for your assistance in getting me into my new home.

I usually can judge the value of a large purchase, by how I feel about it when I am making the payments many months after the close of the deal. In this situation when I see my view off of my balcony after a long tough day at work, I know I have a love affair with my home that I do not see ending anytime soon.

Your professionalism and attention details were superb. This was a big portion of the transaction since I was so busy during this period of time. Between working 60 hours a week and training another 20 I had little time to deal with all of the details. Your skills allowed me to let go and let you do “your thing” to negotiate a good deal, make sure that all of the loose ends were tied up while protecting my interest. For that I am very grateful.
